Docloop, supported by ADEME and France 2030 since its creation, has been recognized as Tech4Change by Vivatech. The startup, distinguished among the gems of the South Region to represent impactful AI innovations, will showcase its new AI platform in Hall 1, Stand B30.
Docloop is tackling the challenge of decarbonization by making document exchanges interoperable. The global supply chain generates 1 trillion document exchanges per year, 90% of which are reprinted at least once.
In light of this, Docloop is introducing its new AI platform in 2025, powered by IDP (Intelligent Document Processing). This solution is revolutionizing document capture in the transportation and logistics sector, where it originated. It is now expanding into new industries, including healthcare, insurance, finance, real estate management, automotive, and public services.
The new Docloop platform accurately processes a wide range of documents. It handles both simple documents (invoices, shipping documents, single-page forms) and more complex ones. The latter include document bundles containing different types of documents spanning several hundred pages, requiring reconciliation between documents and contracts.
The platform automates the entire document process using AI. It automatically extracts data, structures it according to predefined reference systems, and formats it to industry standards. The data is then transmitted directly to customer systems.
The result: an 80% reduction in manual data entry and an 86% reduction in errors in processed documents, while also limiting the use of printing.
The new version of Docloop features four major innovations:
1. Redesigned user interface A new, simplified screen based on user feedback. The goal: to minimize the time spent checking and correcting extracted data.
2. Flexible and modular infrastructure IT departments can now use different AI models depending on the use case and expected performance. This flexibility allows for industrial use tailored to each need.
3. No-code configuration of connectors Administrators can configure connectors without coding. This feature enables plug-and-play use of standard and custom interfaces.
4. API for software publishers Publishers can connect directly to Docloop extraction models without going through the user interface. Docloop can thus be offered as a gray or white label solution.
"By reducing the number of clicks and control steps thanks to a simplified tool, we are increasing interest in and adoption of this solution," says Aymeric Le Page, co-founder and CEO of Docloop. The solution is seen as a real help to users in their daily work.
"Our configuration and interface tools greatly facilitate the use of AI models by IT departments," he adds.
This European solution stands out for its ease of implementation and use. Designed as a one-stop shop, the new interface streamlines the user experience. It centralizes all document flows within a single space.
Integration with business tools is easy, enabling plug-and-play automation. Implementation is quick, taking only a few days. The customer-oriented approach allows for immediate use, even without advanced technical skills. The return on investment is almost immediate.
Through this new platform, Docloop is continuing its fundamental mission. The company aims to simplify document exchanges and help reduce carbon footprints through automation.
"We are proud to be recognized among the Tech4Change start-ups by Vivatech," says Aymeric Le Page. This recognition is perfectly in line with that of ADEME for Docloop's impactful project.
The CEO highlights the remaining challenges: "Although we are reducing paper consumption, challenges remain in achieving truly eco-friendly AI models." The company is exploring all avenues to contribute to decarbonization. It is considering each step, adapting models to needs, and promoting digital frugality.
Docloop will participate in the Vivatech trade show on June 12, Hall 1, Stand B30, South Region. The company will meet with French and European customers, partners, media, and investors.
In line with this momentum, Docloop is launching a seed fundraising campaign in the second half of 2025. The goal is to accelerate product development and European expansion into new industries.

Founded in 2022, Docloop is a French start-up specializing in intelligent document management. The company was born out of a strategic collaboration between three players. A major European player in transport and logistics joined forces with two international start-up studios. The latter specialize in high-impact digital platforms and cutting-edge technologies.
Docloop's ambition is clear: to decarbonize document management in the industries that consume the most document exchanges.
Thanks to its AI-based platform, the company offers an interoperable solution that can be deployed quickly. This solution is connected to industry standards. In 2025, Docloop already supports around 15 major market players in France and abroad. The company also collaborates with public bodies to support the digital transition of industries such as transport and logistics.
Supported by ADEME (winner of the PIA 4.0 France 2030 program), Docloop has received numerous accolades. It was recently recognized as one of the 100 start-ups to invest in in 2025 by Challenges magazine. It also received the Tech4Change award for impact start-ups from Vivatech 2025.
