Supported by ADEME / France 2030 since its creation, and selected among the nuggets of the South Region to represent impactful AI innovations, Docloop has been recognized Tech4Change by Vivatech and will exhibit there Hall 1 Stand B30 its new AI platform to its customers, partners, and investors

A true impact start-up that is taking up the challenge of decarbonization by making document exchanges interoperable between all private and public operators in the supply chain (1000 billion document exchanges per year worldwide, 90% reprinted at least once), Docloop unveils its new AI platform, redesigned to simplify document capture both in its original industry - Transport and Logistics - and in new industries such as healthcare, insurance, finance, property management, automotive and public services.

Designed by and for document management professionals, the new Docloop platform accurately processes a wide range of documents, from the simplest (invoices, transport orders, or one-page forms) to the most complicated (document bundles containing different types of documents over several hundred pages requiring reconciliation between documents, contracts, etc.). The platform automatically extracts data from documents, structures them according to pre-established repositories, formats them to industry standards, and sends them to its customers' systems.

The solution reduces manual data entry by 80% and errors on processed documents by 86%, while reducing the need to print these documents for easier data entry.

The new version of Docloop introduces new, differentiating features:

  • A new screen, further simplified thanks to user feedback, minimizes the time spent checking and correcting extracted data;
  • A new, flexible infrastructure enabling IT departments to use different AI models depending on use cases and expected performance, and to do so in an industrial way;
  • A no-code connector configuration tool for administrators, enabling plug & play use of standard interfaces on the one hand, and customized interfaces on the other;
  • An API enabling software publishers to connect directly to Docloop extraction models without having to use the user interface, and thus offer Docloop as a grey or white label.

"By reducing the number of clicks and control steps thanks to a simplified tool, we are increasing users' interest - and adoption - of this solution, which they see as a real aid to their daily work," expresses Aymeric Le Page, co-founder and CEO of Docloop. "What's more, our configuration and interface tools make life infinitely simpler for IT departments when it comes to using AI models."

This 100% European solution stands out in the market for its ease of implementation and use. Designed as a genuine " one-stop-shop ", the new interface simplifies the user experience and centralizes all document flows within a single space. The solution integrates easily with business tools, enabling plug & play automation and rapid implementation in just a few days. Its simplified approach on the customer side means that users can get to grips with it immediately, even without advanced technical skills, and ensures an almost immediate return on investment.

With this new platform, Docloop intends to pursue its mission more than ever: to simplify document exchanges and help reduce the carbon footprint of document management through automation.

"We're very proud to be one of the start-ups recognized as "Tech4Change" by Vivatech, in line with ADEME's recognition of our impact project. While we are reducing paper consumption, we still have a long way to go before our AI models are sufficiently ecological. Simplifying each stage, adapting models to needs, promoting digital frugality - we're looking at every avenue to contribute to the decarbonization of document management," emphasizes Aymeric Le Page.

Docloop will be present at Vivatech, and will be exhibiting on June 12 in Hall 1 Stand B30 Région Sud to meet customers, partners, media, and French and European investors. Docloop is launching a seed financing round for the 2nd half of 2025 to accelerate product development and European expansion into new industries.
