General Data Protection Regulation
Marseille Gyptis International is responsible for processing the data collected on the DocLoop site.
In accordance with Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 27 April 2016 on the protection of individuals with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data, and repealing Directive 95/46/EC (RGPD), the user of the DocLoop site has a right of access, of correction, update and erasure of the information which concerns it, that it can exert by addressing to contact@docloop.io, or by mail to DPO - Immeuble Le Murano, 22 avenue Robert Schuman, 13002 Marseille, by specifying in the object of the mail "Right of the people" and by joining the copy of its proof of identity.
In accordance with the provisions of the RGPD, the user may also object, on legitimate grounds, to his data being processed and, without reason and at no cost, to his data being used for commercial prospecting purposes.
The user is informed that during his visits to the site www.docloop.io, a cookie may be automatically installed on his browser.
The cookie is a block of data that does not identify users but is used to record information relating to the navigation of it on the site. The parameter setting of the software of navigation makes it possible to inform of the presence of cookie and possibly, to refuse it.
The user has the right to access, withdraw and modify personal data communicated through cookies under the conditions indicated above.
The user of the DocLoop site is required to respect the RGPD provisions, the violation of which is liable to penal sanctions. He must in particular abstain, with regard to the personal information to which he accesses, from any collection, any diverted use, and in a general way, of any act likely to attack the private life or the reputation of the people.
